Persoality: Lakota "Peaceful Person": is a large, gray wolf and brother of Kamots. His yellow-green eyes are haunting and speak of the wildness that is in wolves. He has a shy, wary temperament and is often alone, exploring the territory on his own. He is usually the first wolf to alert the pack to a stranger's approach with a bark howl. Although he is primarily a lone wolf and the omega, or lowest ranking male, he is playful and very intelligent. He has a strong friendship with Matsi that allows him to romp and run with another wolf without fear of overstepping his role. Lakota is known by his tradmark howl which is distinctive and piercing. He did, however, overcome his rank as omega and moved up to a middle ranking male, getting along great with the others. He Is Played By:

PErsonality: Chemuhk "Black": is the alpha female, a petite black wolf with gray fur on her face and legs. She is three years younger then Kamots, with whom she has bred to produce pups. Her friendly but rather shy personality shows in how she carried her head and how her ears are postured. Although she is shy, she is also dominant and usually found in the thick of any pack conflict. Her long face appears more slender with her ears back and greenish eyes closed in a timid greeting. She is agile and quick and has incredible vertical leaps in pursuit of a chipmunck or squirrel in a branch over her head. She IS Played By:

Personality: Mastsi "Sweet and brave": has maintained the role o beta, or second ranked in the pack for several years. Matsi is a year younger then Lakota and has madea kindship with him. Together they have buildt a non-threating relationship. He is the lightest colored male in the pack and has distinctive, pale golden face and coat. The lack of gray facial mask that is common for wolves, and the shine from his yeloow eyes, form his light face. Matsi has been a primary caretaker for pup (babysitter) in the pack and it is not uncommon to see Matsi taking special care of a subordinate wolf. He gets along good with the rest of his pack and play his role as beta male very well. Played By:

Personality: Amani "To speak the truth": is a high ranking male and brother of Matsi. He has markings similar to Kamots, with a deep gray goat, although his ears are most often flat out, giving him a sweet, comical countenance. He is friendly and always egar to eat. Running through the tall grass of the meadow, Amani can be seen stopping to roll on his back or to see if a bone has anything interesting left to chew on. He has been very attentive with the pups, always in vuew to watch on them and bring them food. He is playful with the higher ranking wolves and strict with the more subordinate members of the pack. Personality: Wahotts "Howls a lot": Wahotts is a large, lanky gray wolf. His large yellow eyes are dark rimmed and slanted in his beautiful face leaving the impression of uncharted depth. He has a wary personality, staying at the edge of the pack's activity, watching the focus of attention, but rarely getting involved. His long legs and slender body make his large head appear even more impressive. He has been extremely attentive to the new pups and can be counted on to come between a pup and anything he perceives as a possible threat. He is the wolf pups come to for play. He exhibits unlimited patience with the pups as they chew on his tail, ears and feet, practicing their adult skills.

The little girl ran through the trees around her home, giggling like mad. She picked up a handful of leaves, laughed loudly, and threw them over the little she-wolf next to her. Sara plopped down on the ground next to the wolf, entwining her fingers in the wolf's fur, and resting her head on the stomach of the dog. "Oh, Chem. It's a lovely day, isn't it?"

I looked up at Sara, my eyes watching her running curiously. When she threw the leaves onto me, I stood up and shook them out, letting out a playful growl. I sat back down on the ground, before sprawling out, until the little girl curled her finger's in my warm fur. "Yes, it is." I answered. This bond let me talk to Sara, through our minds, or voices. We could read each other's thoughts, if we wanted to. It was all a voluntary thing.

Jim walked out "Sara time to come in"

Kamots howled anf growled "Thank ou Jim"He barked "Chem come on"

Sara sighed. "But Dad!! It's not even late yet!" The girl cried, but got up anyway. Looking down at Chem, she smiled. "You go home now. Your boyfriend is waiting." She giggled again before patting the wolf's head, and running inside.
See you tomorrow, Chem! Be safe! The girl thought, knowing the wolf could hear.

I laughed quietly, before stretching. I licked the girl's hand, and barked quietly. I stuck my tongue out at her, before licking her hand again, and trotted off towards Kamots' howl. I barked in answer, and smiled.

The 10 year old smiled, before jumping into her father's arms. She laughed loudly, and rested her head on his shoulder. "You did? Is it something good?" She laughed, and kissed his cheek. "Daddy, daddy! Where is it? Where is it?!" She giggled, jumping down, and hopping on the spot.

Chemuhk smiled, and rubbed her head against her mate's shoulder. "The family is fine." She said softly, wagging her tail. A slight smell came from her, but she ignored it, or juts didn't notice it. "They are quite happy. Well, Sara is anyway." She chuckled softly, and licked Kamots back fondly

Sara gasped, and ran ahead. "Oh, Daddy! I love her! She's sooooo prettyyyy!" The little girl squealed in delight. "Shouldn't she have a boyfriend, though?" The little girl frowned slightly, but still beamed. "Thanks daddy!" She laughed, and hugged him tightly, before running over to the mare, and letting her sniff her hand.

Chem smiled and rested her head on her mate's back. "I love you too." She answered.

Jamie smiled from the kitchen where she was washing the dishes, watching her daughter and husband. She laughed quietly.

Rose Whinned and happily licked the girls hand

Max walked outside "Dad this is not fair i want a horse too"he said

Kamots licked his mate then layed down

Jim walked inside "She has the gift and now she can talk to the pack"he said kissing his wife quickly

Jamie smiled, and kissed her husband on the cheek. "Shall I show Max his horse?" She asked quietly.

Sara laughed, and patted the mare, before going into her stall.

Chem sighed, and stayed standing, watching over the pack

Rose whinned Nervously

Chem yelped, and spun around, before growling. She relaxed slightly when she saw it was only Kamots. "Sorry." The she-wolf murmured. "I thought you were asleep." She said, relaxing a little more. She smiled weakly, and stood still.

"Its ok"he said then dismounted when he knew she was oregant and he licked her "I Love You"he said


Rose whinned nervously

Jim rolled his eyes

Jamie looked at her husband and sighed. "No, you can't Max. Look, come with me for a second." She glared at Jim as if daring him to stop her, and pulled her son out the door. "Look." She said, pointing to the stall next to the mare.

Demon, a purebred Friesian stallion, looked out of the stall. His long, black forelock hung down to his nose. He whinnied softly, his black coat rippling over his muscles.

Sara laughed as she looked at Max. "Look, Max! They are boyfriend and girlfriend!" She said, laughing.

Chem smiled, and nuzzled her mate back.

"Hello There Demon"Max said
Rose whinned and nuzzled her mate

Demon blew out softly, and nibbled on the man-colt's hands. He nudged he boy's pockets, hoping for some food. He then nuzzled Rose.

Jaime watched them for a little, before walking back to the house. "You have to be in the house before dark!" She called to the kids.

Chem barked softly, and lay down, closing her eyes.

Sara looked at Max, and smiled slightly. "Look! They are in love, aren't they, Max?" She yelled happily.

"Maybe they will have a foal and im going to go see Motsie please dont tell on me ok sis"Max begged heading toward the wolfs pen then Kamots ran to him "Hi max how are you"he asked

Sara giggled. "I won't.. But Kamots might." She said, knowing that her father and the alpha had shared the bond.

Demon laughed as he watched Max walk away.

"Hey there Kamots where your girlfriend"Max asked



Then Matsi ran up and started licking Max "Your My Best firend"he barked

Kamots called for Chem


Max could talk to all the wolves unlike the rest of his family he could talk to lall animals

Chem sighed, and got up, stretching before she bounded off. She greeted Sara with a lick and looked around.

Jim walked out "Sara time to come in where is Max"

Sara just smiled up at her father, giggled, and ran inside, yelling, "Come on, Max! Run!"

Demon answered the mare's whinny.

Chem whined in answer, and dipped her head.

"Good Girl"Max said and pet the she-wolf Then he heard his sisters call and went to his father

Chem walked away, heading to the forest to lie down.

"Sara i need to tell you something"Max said


Rose whinned again

Kamots went to Chem "It will be ok "he said licking her

Demon retreated back into his stall, and answered the mare's neigh.

Sara skipped out of the house, and met Max in the door. "Yep?"

Chem sighed, and closed her eyes.

"Chem is pregant and Kamots is the father"Max said happily

Rose whinned she knew she was in heat

Kamots layed next to his mate and licked her

Sara gasped and jumped on the spot. "Should we tell Mum and Dad?" She squealed.

Demon sniffed the air and flared his nostrils, pawing the ground.

Chem turned her head, and closed her eyes, letting the warm fur of her mate warm her head.

"No"he said

Rose let her scent out again

Kamots howled

(1 year later time for puppies)

(Okay. Is Rose now pregnant?)

Chem let her head fall to the ground, little whimpers escaping from her muzzle. She howled, as she gave birth to each puppy, painfully.

"Its ok babe"Kamots said licking each pup

Max screamed with happiness "Sara its time"

Sara lifted her head from her homework, and raced outside. She let herself read Chem's thoughts. The she-wolf was in pain, but there was not much she could do.

Chem whimpered, and gave birth to the last pup. There were 6 pups altogether. 3 girls, and 3 boys.

(Okay. I think we should keep a boy and girl pup, and say that the beta's had pups too, so that they could become mates. What do you think?)

"Lets name them Thunder,Lightning,Tara,Windtalker,Kyra,Kayla"he said

"Perfect." Chem smiled, licking each one clean.

Sara arrived in time to see Chem licking them clean and sighed happily. She kept her distance though.

Kamots licked each pup but 2 of them were still-borns WindTalker and Kayla

Chem nosed the dead pups, and sniffed sadly. She picked them both up in her mouth by their neck gently, dug a little hole and buried them. She padded back slowly, before lying down, letting her little puppies drink.

Sadly two other pups died Lightning and Tara

Jim walked over "Sara Max time to go feed Rose and Demon"

Sara sniffed as she looked at the two remaining puppies, then stood up and ran over to the stables.

Demon sniffed as he smelt Max and Sara, and whinnied.

Chem picked up the other dead puppies and buried them, before walking over to her two remaining puppies.

Rose whinned happily as she saw Sara she wanted to take her on a carrgige ride

Sara smiled. "Not yet, girl. After your breakfast." She said, feeding the mare. She sung to herself happily, before running out of the stable, after caring for her mare, and ate her own breakfast.

Rose whinned and whinned

Sara rolled her eyes, as she grabbed the bridle from the tack shed. She raced down to the stables, got out Rose, and led her over to the carriage, harnessing her up expertly. She patted the mare, gave her a handful of oats, and called to Max.

Max walked over "Oh Hi Sis i will attch demon to the cart your using"he said attching Demon

Sara smiled. "Thanks Max!" She said, as she waited for him to harness up Demon.

The stallion pranced in his stall, and snorted, nearly pushing Max out of the way as he rushed to get joined to the cart.

"easy boy"Max said as he finished "I Call Driving"Max said as he hopped in the cart

"Awww!" Sara cried. "But I already had Rose hooked up!" She folded her arms across her chest, and let a tear escape down her cheek

Rose whinned
